Our voice mail system allows you to leave verbal orders or send us a fax. It's not a fancy system and we apologize for the lack of convenience, but it allows us to pursue our own homeschooling activities. It is also secure, and you do not have to worry about anyone but us getting your message.

Why do we use voice mail? We know that it's much nicer to be able to talk to a real human, but we find that if we answer the phones in person, we always spend too much time gabbing about the joys of homeschooling. We enjoy it, but we end up not getting much else done! Our voice mail system also frees us from having to sit by the phones all day long waiting for calls. By using it, we can actually spend some time with our kids and engage in a few activities outside of the house. We can respond to phone calls on our own schedule. It may sound selfish, but this is a homeschooling family business, and we decided to keep the family ahead of the business. Frankly, we would prefer to receive all orders through our on-line shopping cart as that is most convenient for us, but we know some customers are more comfortable using the phone or a fax, and we wanted to provide them with an option to do so.

When placing an order by phone, it is often best to fill out an order form first. Then clearly read all of the information when leaving your message. Give us the item number, the description, the quantity, and the price. Then give us your address, your complete credit card number (include the expiration date, the name on the card, and the card's security code listed on the back of the card), and a phone number or e-mail address in case we need to contact you.
