Information about Version 3 The new Rosetta Stone Homeschool Version 3 began shipping in March and is available for 14 languages.    The remaining languages are available in Version 2 only. More languages will be available in Version 3 in the future, but we do not have dates for their availability yet. You may order the current Version 2 now and then request a Version 3 upgrade for free within the first 6 months of purchase. Since some languages may not be available in Version 3 in the next 6 months, you may not be eligible for a free upgrade if you purchase the program now. (Please email us if you have questions!) Rosetta Stone Version 3 Homeschool builds upon the solid "Dynamic Immersion" foundation that has made Rosetta Stone #1 among home educators, while integrating key language-learning skills with engaging content and lifelike conversation. The new version will consist of three levels for each language. All Version 3 programs will include an Application CD, Language CD, User's Guide, Parent's Guide, keyboard stickers with letters for the target language, headset with microphone, and an activation card. Spanish (Latin American) and English (US) will also include student workbooks, quizzes, tests and keys in a PDF format for printing. Other languages will not have these supplemental materials with Version 3. Sets for Levels 1-2 and Levels 1-3 will be available. Version 3 will be available at the end of March for the following 14 languages: Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin), English (US), English (UK), German, French, Hebrew, Irish (Gaelic), Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish (Latin American), Spanish (Spain). For the time being, Version 2 will still be available for Danish, Dutch, Farsi, Greek, Hindi, Indonesian, Korean, Latin, Pashto, Polish, Swahili, Swedish, Tagalog, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese and Welsh. Once Version 3 is available, Version 2 will be  phased out (while Version 3 will eventually become available for other languages, there is a possibility that Welsh will be discontinued).
